Natural wear, historical patina, manufacturing variations, and minor age-related marks inherent to vintage goods are explicitly documented in our listings and do not constitute product defects or misrepresentations.
Due to screen calibration differences, exact colors may slightly vary. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Retrocollectix reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Retrocollectix confirms acceptance and processes payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Purchases are strictly intended for personal collection, personal use, or private gift, and not for unauthorized commercial resale.

All delivery times provided are estimates. Retrocollectix ships from Athens, Greece via trackable courier or postal services. We are not liable for shipping carrier delays, customs clearance processes, or local regulatory holds in the destination country. 
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon transfer of the package to the carrier.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all text, high-resolution forensic imagery, branding, logos, graphics, and custom product documentation, are owned by Retrocollectix and protected by international intellectual property and copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation of our content is strictly prohibited.

IN NO CASE SHALL RETROCOLLECTIX, ITS DIRECTORS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF ANY PURCHASED ITEM.
